Was there something in your life which has caused the drinking to escalate to this level. I drink over 2 bottles of wine per night and don’t know how to break this chain.

  2. hi ! i have been having alcohol issues on and off since i was about 23 years old;i am now 42 and still attempting to rid myself totally from that demon.worst time was when i was admitted to hospital after a number of siezures in 2008 and was discharged four moths later, after a lot of heartache to my family, and friends, that i had managed to retain.i have engaged in numerous projects to finally reach the finishing line, but on a good few occasions, fallen foul when life became,or was becoming better and happier. thankfully i have managed to prevent reaching for the spirits , especially the vodka for the last five or so weeks, although am still physically and psychologically dependant on alcohol .i will be trying to contact you and be referred, although i would appreciate any advice or just a quick e-mail perhaps,to let me know that you have received.regards,Steve Risdonelowere from
